We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Success Specialist to support and manage client relationships while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinate with internal teams to address requests and resolve issues, and proactively support customers throughout their journey to drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Team Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between the teams in Nepal and the US, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Schedule and manage team meetings, updates, and project timelines.
- Address and resolve any team communication issues.
Client Onboarding:
- Oversee the client onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to gather all necessary information for onboarding new clients.
- Prepare and present onboarding documents, service agreements, and timelines to clients.
- Ensure all client requirements and expectations are captured accurately and communicated to the internal team.
- Set up regular check-ins with new clients during the onboarding phase to address questions or concerns.
Proposal Creation:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposals for new clients and projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data and input for proposals.
- Ensure proposals align with company goals and client needs.
Basic Bookkeeping:
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
- Prepare basic financial reports as needed for management.
- Coordinate with external accountants or bookkeepers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Administrative Support working directly with CEO:
- Organize and save emails, documents, and other important communication in a structured manner.
- Maintain and update internal databases, files, and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
Communication and Documentation:
- Keep records of key team meetings, project decisions, and deadlines.
- Draft and send regular updates to clients or team members as necessary.
- Maintain internal documentation for processes and workflows.
Client Interaction Support:
- Help coordinate communication and deliverables with US clients.
- Respond to client inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team member.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement in team coordination and administrative tasks.
- Implement new tools or systems to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client requests, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, customer support tools, or similar business software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with international or US-based companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Prior experience in a Customer Success, Client Support, Account Management, or Operations role.
